MONTREAL — Transfixed, the XBIZ-winning trans erotica imprint of Adult Time, has announced the release of "Being Trans 24/7," described as "an all-new true-to-life documentary series."
The series "authentically examines the unique experiences of what it means to be trans in today’s society from their distinctive point of view," noted a rep.
The debut installment, "Vanniall," focuses on the 2020 XBIZ "Best Trans Clip Artist" Vanniall, alongside Ashley Lake, as "a trans woman of color who heartbreakingly describes the persistent feeling of being an outsider, even within her community. 'You go to a straight club, you’re othered; you go to a gay club, you’re othered… it’s hard to connect with people because being trans is such a specific experience.'"
"Being Trans 24/7" was filmed by trans creators with "a varied cast" that includes Jenna Creed, Kaiia Eve, Jamie French, Luke Hudson, Gilbert Man, Micah Martinez, Angelina Please, Trip Richards and more.
The series "beautifully captures individual portraits of trans performers from all walks of life: male-to-female, female-to-male, different generations, backgrounds and cultures, giving them a platform to share their stories with the world," the rep said.
