BATH, U.K. — Lovehoney launched its expanded "Fifty Shades of Grey Pleasure Collection" at this week's virtual ANME/XBIZ Show with two new ranges, the Sensation line with 12 rechargeable toys, and the 12-piece Sweet Anticipation luxury bondage line.
The toys tout "expert design with optimum functionality, further injecting some 'Fifty Shades' extravagance into the industry at an affordable price point," a rep explained.
The Sensation toys are waterproof and offer "sublime satisfaction" with a rechargeable Finger Vibrator, Clitoral Vibrator, Vibrating Pleasure Stroker, Flickering Tongue Vibrator, Mini Wand Vibrator and G-spot Finger Vibrator, among other items, "all with the Fifty Shades of Grey logo embossed, adding a lavish feel in homage to Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele fantasies," added the rep.
Each toy is made from smooth, black silicone and includes a Repreve storage bag made from 100% recycled plastic retrieved from the ocean floor.
The Sweet Anticipation items incorporate "a selection of expertly crafted bondage accessories and essentials," including the Ball Gag, Collar & Lead, Spreader Bar with Cuffs, Under Mattress Restraint Set and Faux Feather Ticker.
"Each item also comes with updated, stylish packaging and a luxe, silky storage bag," the rep noted.
Both ranges "received a fantastic reaction from retailers and distributors at this year’s virtual ANME/XBIZ Show," added the rep. They are available now for pre-orders ahead of an expected October delivery date and were created in collaboration with "Fifty Shades of Grey" author E L James.
"It has been an immense joy launching these new sub-collections at the ANME/XBIZ Show, which fell on the 10-year anniversary of the first installment of the erotic bestselling trilogy by E.L James," Head of Global Sales Lovehoney B2B Kate Hodgson-Egan said. "The book stands today as a worldwide phenomenon and we have loved riding the wave of the anniversary buzz together with our retailers and distributors this year."
