LALExpo Sets New November Date for Inaugural #REC Awards

CALI, Colombia — LALexpo (Latin America Adult Business Expo) has rescheduled its inaugural #REC Awards ceremony for November 24 at the Aeroparque Juan Pablo II — Pabellón in Medellín.

The event "aims to recognize the most outstanding influencers and creators of adult content," noted a rep. "It will be an unforgettable night that will bring together great personalities and special guests such as Daiky Gamboa, Aida Cortés, Juan Esteban Páez and Gaby Ferrer. In addition, we will have the artists of the moment, such as Andy Rivera, who will offer an amazing show where he will perform his greatest hits throughout a gala that will be full of surprises."

A pre-noms period has been underway since May 6 on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and will conclude November 14.

"The jury staff is made up of seven renowned content creators characterized by their professionalism and transparency, and who will have the difficult task of evaluating each of the nominees," the rep explained. "Nominations are open to anyone who wishes to participate by following the instructions and requirements."

  • Twitter nominations: Follow the official RecAwards account. Post a tweet with the image of the corresponding category and the following copy: "REC Awards I want to be nominated to #Category#RecAwards #nickname of the person."
    • Twitter voting and posting: The number of times the tweet is shared will be equal to the number of votes, i.e. one vote for each time it is shared.
  • Facebook nominations: Follow the official RecAwards page. Make a post with the image of the corresponding category and the following copy: "REC Awards I want to be nominated to #Category#RecAwards #nickname of the person."
    • Facebook voting and posting: The number of times the post is shared will be equal to the number of votes, i.e. one vote for each time it is shared.
  • Instagram nominations: Follow the official RecAwards page. Post the image of the corresponding category and the following copy: "REC Awards I want to be nominated to #Category#RecAwards #nickname of the person."
    • Instagram voting and posting: The number of times the post is commented on will be equal to the number of votes, i.e. one vote for each comment. Only one comment per profile will be valid.

"It is important to tag the official accounts of the awards on the different platforms and to have the account where each participant will be nominated be public," the rep added. "The images of each of the categories can be found on the official Instagram page."

The 10 content creators with the most votes in each category will become official nominees.

"There will be a rigorous and strict evaluation of each of the nominees, followed by a total evaluation from 0 to 100 points," explained the rep.

From zero to 20 points apiece will be awarded for Creativity, Interaction, Content, Profile or Feed and Professionalism. The nominee with the highest score will win the category.

"We are getting closer and closer to meeting the best webcam and mainstream influencers and content creators in the country who will make history in the first edition of the #REC Awards," concluded the rep, who promised "an extraordinary event full of talent, sensuality and a lot of emotion."
