AdultLuxe Partners With EcoTech Startup 'Cloverly'

LOS ANGELES — AdultLuxe.com has announced a partnership with Cloverly.com, a company that offers to offset the carbon footprint of online stores and companies.

The retailer “wants to do its part in making the environment and the world better for everyone,” a rep explained. “AdultLuxe was built on the idea of sustainable growth; partnering up with Cloverly is a small step in that direction.”

The basic idea of the partnership, the rep explained, is “to offset the carbon footprint generated for the transportation of AdultLuxe’s products and make the environment greener. AdultLuxe will be purchasing Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), or carbon credits, on every transaction made through its website by its customers and Cloverly will use it to invest in green offset projects."

"There are a lot of projects that Cloverly has identified throughout the globe and has been very successful in offsetting the total carbon footprint," continued the rep. "It has also been successful in making a large number of companies go greener."

Jason Wilcox, founder of AdultLuxe, said, “We are excited to have partnered with Cloverly and we are hoping that we will be able to deliver what we have in mind. If we could make even just a one-percent contribution in making the world a better and a healthier place, then it would be our honor and our pleasure to do that.”

With Cloverly’s transparent reporting system, Wilcox continued, “our customers can request a receipt of the carbon offset and see how they have helped in taking a small step towards bettering the environment.”

A Cloverly rep noted the company is "exhilarated to declare the collaboration."

"We aspire to attain our objectives through having more and more companies like AdultLuxe on board with us,” added the Cloverly rep.
