DatingGold Founder Allan Henning Passes

STOCKTON, Calif. — DatingGold's Allan Henning passed away on Thursday, family and associates have confirmed through a statement.

"On behalf of his family and myself, it is with deep sadness that I write this announcement of the passing of Allan Richard Henning, industry pioneer and owner of Deniro Marketing," wrote NETbilling's Mitch Farber. "Allan passed on the morning of Nov. 25, having suffered a cardiac arrest."

"Allan was an incredible family man, friend and business man," the statement continued. "He had an enormous tender heart, a great sense of humor and style and was very generous to all. Allan had a kind soul and will be missed by so many of us."

"Allan is survived by his wonderful parents, sister, brother-in-law, nieces, nephew, girlfriend and his loyal dog Benny."

"While they greatly appreciate all of the thoughts and prayers, the family is asking for privacy at this time."
