Coquette Introduces 2022 'Main' Lingerie Collection

CAMBRIDGE, Ontario — Coquette International has announced the launch of its 2022 "Main" collection, comprised of six mini-groupings of lingerie styles and a variety of new accessories.

The collection is expected to ship in January.

"This year, Coquette designers focused on mastering the fit of each garment and developing classic silhouettes to create more timeless styles than seen in recent Coquette history," a rep explained. "Classic monochrome color schemes were kept fresh with bold lace prints and quality fabrics. Contrasting details came in the form of blingy metal hardware."

This year's highlights, noted the rep, include "a line of wearable must-haves, designed for versatile styling and layering, available in both black and white with sparkling gold notions; a sultry cobalt collection with plunging necklines and fine strap details; and a navy stretch-satin sleepwear collection with a slinky but casual vibe."

For accessories, designers concentrated on expanding best-selling concepts with more varieties of crotchless panties, new unisex booty shorts and pleather cross pasties in two new colors.

Coquette creative teams "worked together toward imagery that was both inclusive and relatable" when shooting the 2022 "Main" campaign.

“We realize the importance of our images, especially for our web customers,” the rep said. “On set, we played with light and shadows, as well as a variety of textures to find what we feel is the perfect balance of moody and soft that we think customers will really gravitate to. We also included a variety of models with different body types to give online customers a better idea of personal fit. Overall, we are proud of the result and eager to launch this catalog.”

In addition, Coquette will exhibit the entire collection at the 2022 Altitude Show, March 14-16 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
