Tantus Announces Acquisition of Pop Dildo

LOS ANGELES — Pleasure toy manufacturer Tantus has announced the acquisition of Pop Dildo, maker of silicone squirting dildos, and a new subsequent product line, Pop by Tantus.

The new line "represents a true partnership between longtime friends Cheri Curry, Tantus director of sales and marketing, and Stephanie Berman, founder of Pop," noted a rep.

Tantus will use its proprietary silicone to manufacture Pop dildos, packers and all other products in its Los Angeles facility, the rep said, with shipping expected by mid-year.

“I’ve known Steph for over seven years and have always been so impressed with her creativity in the Pop products as well as her work ethic,” Curry said. “Our companies coming together is a natural path for us to take. Tantus can apply the award-winning squirting technology that makes Pop dildos successful and unique with our silicone material and forms."

Berman added, "I couldn’t be more excited that Pop is now part of the Tantus brand."

"Cheri is someone I have known and admired for years, so to have the opportunity to work together and bring my proprietary squirting technology to their incredible silicone items, is a dream come true," she said. "It has always been my goal to expand the Pop offerings and folks can expect to see just that. We will be launching with three variations, all of which I am ecstatic to share."

Berman will join Tantus at the virtual ANME/XBIZ Show Jan. 24-28 and will serve as a presenter at the 2022 XBIZ Honors, retail industry edition, Jan. 26.
