CAM4 Partners With Queer Reality Show 'Hot Haus'

VANCOUVER — CAM4 has partnered with reality show "Hot Haus," a queer reality competition program hosted by noted television personality Tiffany "New York" Pollard with top content creator Matthew Camp as a judge.

"Hot Haus" is described by a rep as "an ultra-cheeky show featuring queer sex workers and sex-positive creators competing for cash and prizes and giving viewers an exclusive peek into the incredible the webcam community."

"This show brings together 'Hot Haus Hotties' as they explore the intersection of queerness and creativity," the rep noted. "It isn’t just all fun and games; there is plenty of drama along the way."

The first two episodes are currently streaming; Episode Three, debuting Thursday, features the contestants "webcamming for their life and performing exclusively on CAM4 for their fans in hopes of advancing to the next round," said the rep. "The contestant who makes the lowest tips will be voted off."

In addition to Camp, "Hot Haus" judges include trans activist and showgirl Nicky Monet and rapper CupCakke.

“Sex workers, sex educators and sex-positive content creators have never been given a chance to share the broad spectrum of their talents and lived experiences like this," said executive producer and showrunner Topher Cusumano.

CAM4 Communications Manager Shannon McD added, "It’s incredible to see more mainstream platforms supporting our community and helping content creators reach larger audiences through recognizable media outlets. We are always wanting to elevate creators and provide a safe place where anyone can come to explore."

"Hot Haus" is streaming on OutTV.ca; follow the service on Twitter and visit HotHausTV.com for additional details.
