BONIFAY, Fla. — Retired adult performer Aubrey Gold and her ex-boyfriend, the latter on trial for murder, accused each other of being the actual murderer during testimony last week.
It is the third trial to stem from a confusing case untangling the death of a man found buried in a remote Florida location in the summer of 2020.
As XBIZ reported, back in October 2021 Gold pleaded no contest to one count of accessory after the fact to second degree murder, in connection with the shooting of Raul Guillen.
Gold had previously taken a plea deal from the DA and was sentenced to 10 years. A 24-year-old Alabamian, Gold was active in the adult industry from 2015 to 2019 and her IAFD page shows over 120 credits.
After the crossed accusations during last week’s trial, Gold’s ex-boyfriend William Shane Parker was found guilty of the actual murder and received life in prison without parole.
Gun-Crossed Lovers and a Shallow Grave
Raul Guillen, 51, was found in what law enforcement described as “a shallow grave” in a remote area of Holmes County, Florida. It was determined he had been shot and killed on July 4, 2020.
Police indicated during the investigation that they believed Parker shot Guillen, who allegedly was in Parker's home with both Parker and Gold when he was killed.
Gold testified against Parker last week in Bonifay, and “identified [him] as the trigger man,” local TV station News 4 reported.
Parker, according to the news report, “told jurors he confessed to shooting Guillen only because of his affection” for Gold.
“I know that I could do time, [she] could not, so I said that I killed Raul,” Parker testified.
Gold is currently serving her 10-year sentence; a third convicted participant was sentenced by the Florida court to 20 years.
