Industry Colleagues Urge GoFundMe Support for Payaso XXX

LOS ANGELES — Adult community figures are encouraging colleagues to contribute to the GoFundMe campaign for noted production manager Payaso (aka Payaso XXX), who is recovering from cancer treatment.

The fundraiser was shared by several community figures, including Jules Jordan and Jada Stevens.

Here’s the text from the GoFundMe page:

A lot of you may know or recognize our brother [Payaso] from his behind-the-scenes work in the Los Angeles film industry, as production manager, personal security and from his contributions to the Los Angeles and New York punk music scene.

Recently [Payaso] was rushed into the ER after having stomach pains, and discovered he had an aggressive form of pancreatic cancer. Doctors decided the best course of action was to immediately perform a surgery to remove the tumor. After a two-month hospital stay, a successful surgery, and countless hospital bills, he was allowed to be discharged to rest at home for the next 30 days to recuperate from intensive surgery, before undergoing regular chemotherapy sessions.

Cancer has caused [Payaso] to not be able to work, and limit his future abilities, with his medical bills nearing $1 million dollars, only a small portion of which are covered by insurance. He is in desperate need of living expenses such as rent, utilities, dog food and other personal necessities.

[Payaso] is a loyal, hardworking, giving person. We're hoping our friends and family can give back in his time of need anything they can spare to get him back on his feet and in a better position, and to make his life more comfortable so he can heal and continue to combat his illness.
