Swiss Navy Launches International B2B Hub to Support Global Customers

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. — M.D. Science Lab, maker of the Swiss Navy brand, has launched a B2B portal to support its international customers.

"Swiss Navy products are currently sold in retail chains and specialty boutiques in the U.S. and in over 48 countries worldwide, so now, more than ever, there is a need for product information to be available in multiple languages," explained a rep.

Briana Watkins, M.D. Science VP of sales and marketing, noted a desire to "help our international partners align with their consumers' needs."

"We have put together product videos with multilingual subtitles that can be used for retail associate training or played on monitors within retail shops," she said. “Our multilingual product videos are currently available in Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian and Russian. But we encourage retailers that need other languages to contact their sales representatives so that we can ensure their needs are met."

"We value our global partners and are always working to ensure they have the information and support they need to continue being successful,” said Watkins. “Creating an international hub is just one more way we can help our customers’ businesses grow.”
