Romantic Depot Signs On as Press Lounge Sponsor of Sex Expo

NEW YORK — Adult boutique chain Romantic Depot, which has stores throughout the tri-state area, has signed on as the Press Lounge sponsor for Sex Expo, set for Oct. 1-2 in New York City.

For over 22 years, Romantic Depot stores have served New York-area communities with locations in Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, Yonkers, Elmsford in Westchester County and West Nyack in Rockland County, among others.

As the sponsor of the Press Lounge at Sex Expo, Romantic Depot will host the journalists, bloggers, podcasters, influencers and other members of the media that will be covering the event, dubbed “the CES of sexual wellness.”

“Romantic Depot is happy to be involved with Sex Expo to help normalize pleasure, pleasure products and help bring sex positivity to more people,” a company rep said. “The more visibility that sex positivity gets, the more it gives marginalized folks access to information to safely explore their sexuality in the way that works best for them, since pleasure isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience.”

The adult retail chain will be showcasing an assortment of products at its booth, where attendees will have the opportunity to spin a wheel and win free prizes. Knowledgeable company staff will be on hand to help attendees find their first toy or add to their collection “without judgment or assumptions.”

Romantic Depot will also be introducing its newly launched affiliate and influencer program and “will be looking forward to meeting new sex-positive folks to collaborate with” at Sex Expo.

Sex Expo 2022 will take place at one of Manhattan’s premier event spaces, the Metropolitan Pavilion. Located at 125 West 18th Street, between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, the venue is situated in the trendy neighborhood of Chelsea.
