COTR Taps Shon McLean for Account Manager Role

LOS ANGELES — COTR, Inc. has added Shon McLean to its sales team as account manager.

McLean joins the company with over 14 years of experience in the adult retail industry. She previously held positions as both a store manager and a corporate trainer for a retail store chain.

"Although her studies earned her a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, McLean felt called to the sexual wellness industry and knew that was where she wanted to leave her mark," said a rep.

McLean enthused about joining COTR, promising to build "business excellence, brand awareness, and customer focus through integrity and honesty."

"I wanted to join a team that promotes sexual health and accessible education on all the topics and products that people want to know about," she continued. "It’s also extremely important to me that I’m on a team that is driven and focused on meeting customer needs, while also setting high standards in the industry. COTR exemplifies all these essential qualities and I’m thrilled to be a part of the team."

The rep described McLean as being dedicated to promoting sexual wellness through education.

COTR founder and CEO Alicia Sinclair Rosen expressed her delight at adding McLean to the sales team.

"Shon’s infectious passion, dedication, and experience in adult retail made her a top candidate for COTR and we can’t wait to see her thrive in her new role," she said. "Her proven track record of thriving in a retail setting is sure to benefit our partners as she shares her expertise for boosting sales."

COTR is the parent company of b-Vibe, Le Wand and The Cowgirl products.
