All Point Retail Now Offering IT Solutions for Adult Retailers

SARASOTA, Fla. — Specialty retail IT solutions company All Point has unveiled a new category of managed services for adult retailers.

The new Managed Retail Commerce service is centered on the company's integrated IT platform, and includes consulting, design, development, implementation and support services. All Point also offers customized solutions for adult retailers.

"Adult retailers have been increasingly challenged to revisit their IT infrastructure to better address changing channel and customer requirements and keep their 'edge' as the industry bleeds into mainstream retail," said a rep. "Already facing the need to integrate people, places, platforms and protocols to ensure fluid customer experiences and transaction types, the aftereffects of the pandemic added the additional stress of less available talent to support their IT needs."

Prominent adult retail chains are among the company's client base.

"We support some of the biggest brands out there, including Adam & Eve, Lover’s Lane and Playboy Group, and we’re proud of our ability to help them get more out of their tech investments," All Point CEO Sean Quinn said. "We’ve lived this vertical for years and have always been ahead of the curve, which is why we created such a unique and flexible service offering for all sizes of retailers."

The company prides itself on its ability to integrate various points of commerce into a cohesive customer experience.

"Our light and flexible technology backbone allows our clients to seamlessly present a common customer experience everywhere, from online to in-store and mobile to nontraditional, all while ensuring that they can scale and pivot rapidly based on whatever demands show up for them," Quinn continued. "Now more than ever, it has become evident that the customers expect retailers to meet them where they are, and no matter where they are on the journey."
