Julia Ann Celebrates 30 Years in Adult

LOS ANGELES — Julia Ann is celebrating the 30th Anniversary in the adult industry.

Ann began her entertainment career as a professional wrestler and exotic dancer. In 1991 she and Janine Lindemulder formed a duo act called 'Blondage.' Following this in 1992, Ann made her adult feature debut in Andrew Blake's “Hidden Obsessions.”

Over the course of her career, Ann has been a contract actress for Vivid Video, Digital Playground and Wicked Pictures. She was also the longest running host of Playboy TV's Naughty Amateur Home Videos and has won a myriad of awards. She maintains a product line with Doc Johnson, and she was once named by CNBC as one of the Top 12 stars in all of adult in 2012.

"30 years has seen a LOT of changes in technology. When I started in the business, adult was all on VHS,” Ann said. “Throughout all the changes my fans have been loyal and stuck with me. I'm now getting new fans who were not even alive when I started.

“It's amazing that after all these years fans are consuming my content in more and more ways,” Ann continued. “Like a lot of women, I am evolving as the industry evolves. I am excited to see what the next chapter brings. There are so many people to thank who have helped me over the years and I am grateful for all the love and support I received."
