Blake Blossom Stars in Wicked's 'Vanity'

LOS ANGELES — Wicked Pictures has debuted the first scene from director/performer Seth Gamble's “Vanity,” starring Blake Blossom.

“What happens when supreme self-confidence and unbridled sensuality meet?” a rep asked. “For Seth Gamble, the answer is ‘Vanity,’ an enthralling visual anthology showcasing five industry superstars in scenarios that are unflinchingly authentic in their depiction of the many faces of composure, poise and empowerment.”

Gamble said that with this project — produced by his “friend and mentor," Wicked Head of Production Axel Braun — he wanted to depict scenes "that celebrate the female side of self-reliance and self-assurance — a true belief in oneself from a woman’s perspective.”

The first scene, titled “Drawn To You,” finds Blossom posing playfully and seductively before a mirror in which an even more glamorous, sensual, and idealized version of herself appears.

"Blake has beauty, personality and real sex appeal that has a virtually universal impact,” Gamble offered. “She's an incredibly passionate performer and our scene has real chemistry. She possesses true star power and it is on full display in ‘Vanity.’”

Blossom declared herself “so excited to be on Wicked.com again,” after her turn as Spider-Gwen in “Spideypool XXX: An Axel Braun Parody.”

“I was so happy to be booked with Seth because we have great chemistry, and when he explained the idea for this project, I was intrigued,” Blossom continued. “Vanity, to me, means a deep sense of self love and I found myself really immersed into the story. The concept of being turned on by your reflection is deeper than most porn flicks so it was fun exploring my own vanity.”

The first episode of Vanity, starring Seth Gamble and Blake Blossom, premieres today exclusively on Wicked.com.
