PITTSBURGH — Leana Lovings has been named the 2022 "Porn Star of the Year" by Adult Empire.
"Her performances project sincerity, warmth, and humanity," the company said in a blog post announcing her selection. "She demonstrates a clear affection for the flavors of the past, but she is still very much a pornstar quintessentially of the present. That's why we're proud to name her the 2022 Adult Empire 'Pornstar of the Year.'”
Lovings expressed her gratitude at being chosen.
"Oh, it is extremely exciting news. I just want to say thank you so much," she said, "This was an honor that I was absolutely not expecting. But I am so extremely grateful to have been given it. When I wake up, and I see this trophy in my bedroom on the shelf, I feel so humbled, so extremely humbled and so grateful."
Adult Empire will release a video interview with Lovings recapping her year.
