LOS ANGELES — Penthouse Magazine has named artist and model Lexi Chey as Pet of the Month for May.
Chey adorns the cover of the May/June edition of Penthouse, wearing a hat, sunglasses and the signature Penthouse key.
"The newest member of our Penthouse family, Lexi Chey, blew us all away with her talent, adventurous spirit, and kind heart," said Penthouse CEO Moose. "Lexi personifies so many of the qualities we look for in a Pet, along with the type of natural sex appeal that resonates with our audience. On top of that, Lexi’s work as an artist is off the charts."
Chey enthused about being selected, saying, "I have always admired the centerfolds, and embracing the beauty of a woman’s body."
Chey, a painter, submitted an original piece of art to be used as part of her pictorial.
"Lexi spent several days painting her canvas and sent it to my house Express Mail," said Penthouse Photo Editor Sam Phillips. "But it didn't show up in time for her shoot, so she had to re-paint it from scratch when she landed in LA the day before. The original canvas she painted did arrive the day after her shoot, so, the one from the set hangs in my home, and the original hangs in the Penthouse offices."
Creative Director Drew Rosenfeld noted, "Beautiful, talented, and very, very sexy, Lexi was amazing to work with. She knows exactly how to pose in such a way that the camera grabs every erotic angle. She has those sparkling eyes that tell a story in every photo."
