Wicked Sensual Care Launches Pride Month Contest

LOS ANGELES — Wicked Sensual Care has launched a retail display contest in celebration of Pride Month.

The contest invites retailers worldwide to craft visually captivating displays that incorporate signage for Wicked Sensual Care’s Pride 2023 campaign, "Lube Yourself," and prominently showcase Simply Aqua Special Edition Water-Based Intimate Lubricant.

“Our sentiment this year is ‘Lube Yourself’ because every individual, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and equality,” said a rep. “Inclusion fosters a society that embraces diversity, promoting a sense of belonging, acceptance and understanding for all people."

"The recent enactment of regressive legislation in Florida and other regions unabashedly directs its aim towards the LGBT community, with transgender individuals bearing the brunt of its impact," the rep continued. "Those behind these measures endeavor to strip trans individuals of vital healthcare, deny them access to housing, credit and public spaces, and subject them to unfounded disgrace. But LGBT individuals and their allies transcend boundaries."

To participate, retailers can share photos or video of their top displays on their store's social media pages, mentioning and tagging Wicked Sensual Care on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook with the hashtag #LubeYourself.

Prizes will be awarded to winners in the following categories: Biggest Display, Best Use of WSC Product, Most Creative Design, Best Social Media Representation and Staff Participation in the Photo/Video.

Wicked Sensual Care will showcase all contest entries on social media and choose one winning store from each category. Each winning store will receive a $200 prize, and WSC will match the prize amount and make a charitable donation to the LGBTQ+ organization of each store’s choosing.

Contest submissions will be accepted until June 30, and the winners will be announced on July 1.
