Sunday, Sept. 10 is all about showing up, settling in— and getting a head start on having fun. In fact, the very first event of XBIZ Amsterdam will be a tour of the famous Heineken brewery organized by Dan Leal of Immoral Productions, because what better way to start off a conference in Amsterdam than with free beer? Event registration kicks off at 4 p.m., sponsored by My.Club, allowing early arrivals to pick up their all-access conference badges. That’s followed by XBIZ Amsterdam’s official Welcome Reception, sponsored by The Grabbys Europe, serving up complimentary bubbly cocktails. The evening concludes with a dreamily scenic “Bud & Booze” Cruise sponsored by AdultPrime, SecretFriends and SinfulXXX, which promises to be a memorable voyage and a perfect way to start off the conference.
Monday, Sept. 11 marks the first full day of conference programming. Throughout the conference, the Creator track is sponsored by ImLive, the industry track by YourPaysitePartner and the gay adult track by The Grabbys Europe. The day starts off with a complimentary continental breakfast for hotel guests. Event registration will be open all day, but panels and events get going bright and early with a “Boot Camp” Model Welcome Reception presented by Bonga Cams, to help creators and performers optimize their event experience. The panel “Pulling Rank” offers SEO tips for adult site operators, while the Grabbys-sponsored track kicks off with “The Right Head Space,” addressing mental health in the gay adult industry.

The first round of perennially popular Speed Networking gets underway midmorning, sponsored by Vendo. Then, at midday, the XBIZ Amsterdam Company Lounges open their doors, as top brands and ambassadors offer attendees the chance to connect and network in a relaxing environment. Noon is also a good time to stop by the Afternoon Refuel for complimentary coffee and light snacks , before plunging back into the fray.
Afternoon sessions take off with the Pineapple Support presentation “Creating Connections & Forging Friendships,” exploring how community, connection and belonging comprise a crucial pillar of self-care. Meanwhile, “Platforms: Knowledge is (Earning) Power” provides attendees a chance to get up to speed on the latest trends in camming, clips and premium social platforms. Next on deck is “Making, Protecting and Marketing Your Content,” featuring XBIZ award winners Callum & Cole.
After a Networking Lunch Break sponsored by Cherry TV, including a complimentary buffet for hotel guests, panels resume with “The Camming Connection,” a workshop aimed at helping creators go beyond tech to subtler skills that keep fans coming back for more; “The Creative Connection,” a content production seminar featuring studio pros and leading producers discussing genre trends, digital media distribution and more; and “Earn Money and Have Fun!” offering creators guidance and tips for successful camming.
The next round of panels rolls out with “Premium Social & Clips: Strategies That Work,” covering everything creators need to know about customs, feeds, chat and more. “Playing the Paysite Game to Win” reveals key strategies for building a premium content destination that truly pays. Finally, Bold Rush Traffic presents “Gateway to Growth,” a discussion on leveraging an array of tools and tactics to help creators boost their followers and enhance their revenues.
A second Afternoon Refuel ushers attendees into Monday’s home stretch, which includes the don’t-miss “XBIZ Performers of the Year: 2023 Europas Edition” panel, featuring A-listers mapping out their path to stardom, as well as a keynote address from none other than thrice-crowned XBIZ Europas Director of the Year Julia Grandi, of Julmodels and Vixen Media Group fame, sponsored by AEBN and Falcon/NakedSword.
As evening descends, XBIZ Amsterdam attendees can enjoy some quality networking time at the Mix & Meet Market, sponsored by Segpay — before getting fancy in preparation for the much-anticipated Red Light Party at AIR Amsterdam, hosted by Vixen Media Group and Julmodels.
Tuesday, Sept. 12 dawns with another continental breakfast, as well as ongoing event registration for late arrivals. Then the day’s panels get underway, starting with “There’s No Content Without Creators,” a session focused on empowering creators to get the most out of industry events like XBIZ Amsterdam; a timely “Legal & Age Verification Outlook” session covering the latest developments in both areas; and a look at secure payment options in “Mintstars Presents: How to Avoid Financial Discrimination & Censorship.”
For those who missed Speed Networking on Monday, or who simply couldn’t get enough of it, a second session awaits. The Company Lounges reopen at noon, as does the Afternoon Refuel — and all of that is before attendees even take their seats for a slate of afternoon sessions. Those include the panel “I’m Ready for My Close-Up: Going ‘Pro,’” for indie creators eyeing pro studio gigs; “Money Matters,” surveying the payment processing landscape in 2023 and beyond; and “My.Club Presents: Turning Talent Into Treasure,” discussing the platform’s features and strategies for helping creators do just that.
Tuesday’s Networking Lunch Break comes courtesy of CAM4Pays, priming attendees for the afternoon to come. The panel “AI Has Arrived! Are You Ready?” illuminates how creators and businesses can leverage AI technology, plus understand the attendant legal rights and responsibilities; “Coming Together: How to Navigate Collabs for Mutual Prosperity,” offers practical tips on making collaborations engaging and profitable; and “Streamate & Jerkmate Present: Webcam Traffic Opportunities & Challenges” covers practical ways for creators to elevate their fan base and earnings.
The final round of regular panel programming commences with “Service With a Smile: Solutions for Your Brand,” a rundown on talent-centric services for creators. Meanwhile, “State of the Industry 2023: European Edition” assembles community thought leaders to share expert takes on hot-button topics. Finally, “PornHub Presents: An Intimate Conversation” will shed light on recent developments on the platform as well as happenings across the industry at large.
One more Afternoon Refuel and it’s on to XBIZ Amsterdam’s second keynote address, this one from multi-award-winning performer Amirah Adara, who has been wowing the European adult industry for well over a decade. Yet even that is not the grand finale event. That slot, of course, is reserved for the crown jewel 2023 XBIZ Europa Awards, as well as an After-Party hosted by F2F.com, sure to send conference attendees off in traditional XBIZ style.
