TURNERSVILLE, N.J. — Fantasy Gifts NJ has launched its first annual Artists Showcase.
The curated event focused on artists who specialize in erotic, sexuality-based and sex-positive art, and Fantasy Gifts did not collect any proceeds from the event — instead allowing the artists to make one hundred percent of the profit.
“There are many local artists in our community who do not have a platform to distribute their beautiful work,” said Fantasy Gifts’ social media coordinator Brianna McKnight. “This event gave a voice to those artists and allowed them to display and sell their pieces.”
Fantasy Gifts owner Dee Bertino enthused about the event.
"We feel it is important to give these local artists a friendly space to showcase their work,” Bertino said. “It is not about us making money but rather about making sure these beautiful pieces can be seen.”
