Cloud 9 Revamps Aphrodisiac Beverage Branding, Announces Metro Distribution Deal

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Cloud 9 has debuted a new look for its aphrodisiac beverage brand and product lineup, which will be exclusively distributed by Metro Distributors.

The rebranded Cloud 9 — made from a blend of nine ingredients, including taurine, green tea, guarana, maca and ginseng — features a 12-ounce slimline can, containing two ounces more volume than the previous bottle.

Cloud 9, a rep said, “is riding the wave of the booming adaptogen beverage market, opening an entirely new category for adult retailers, adding an average of 2% to their topline sales, through a 98% reorder rate, all via a single SKU, without cannibalizing any other aspect of sales.”

The updated line features a new design, an updated slimline can, and more broadly appealing branding, “reinforcing the beverage as a social mood enhancer for everyday enjoyment and party atmospheres, in and out of the bedroom,” the rep added.

Complimentary display coolers are also available.

"We're thrilled to debut our rebranded Cloud 9," said CEO John Holohan. "Our new look and packaging honors our roots as an all-natural aphrodisiac beverage, while appealing to a larger audience. Metro’s Design Services Division greatly helped to bring my vision to life, and their sales team continues to scale distribution, bringing Cloud 9 to people everywhere seeking passion and connection."

Metro Director of Business Development Cinthia Moniz said, “Cloud 9 is a great partner and they’ve pioneered a unique niche in the booming wellness beverage category. We are excited to bring their rebranded product to retailers and consumers everywhere.”
