HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — “Kokomo City,” a documentary about Black trans sex workers that features Natassia Dreams, will debut on Showtime and Paramount+ on Feb. 2.
Directed by D. Smith, “Kokomo City” has been deemed “a top contender for Oscar recognition” by Hollywood insider publication Deadline.
Pornhub ambassador Dreams appears in the documentary under her other professional name, Dominique Silver, but is promoting it via her "Natassia Dreams" Instagram and X accounts.
The film, which received limited theatrical release by Magnolia Pictures during the summer, has already received several international awards heading into Oscars season.
“In the wildly entertaining and refreshingly unfiltered documentary, filmmaker D. Smith passes the mic to four Black transgender sex workers in Atlanta and New York City — Daniella Carter, Koko Da Doll, Liyah Mitchell and Dominique Silver — who unapologetically break down the walls of their profession,” said a rep. “Holding nothing back, the film vibrates with energy, sex, challenge and hard-earned wisdom.”
Dreams also appeared on an episode of the hit TV show "Pose," billed as Dominique Silver.
