Pineapple Support Hosting Crisis Support Group Tonight in Response to Recent Losses

LOS ANGELES — Pineapple Support is hosting a free online crisis support group to help people process recent losses within the adult industry, tonight at 6 p.m. (EST).

"Recent tragic events have sparked important conversations about substance use and potential harm within the adult entertainment industry," said Pineapple Support founder Leya Tanit. "In response, we are hosting an emergency meeting to offer a safe place to express the emotions people may be feeling at the moment and also explore harm reduction strategies for those who use substances or know people who do.

"We wanted to react quickly by organizing this specialized group at short notice,” Tanit added. “Pineapple Support is here for you, whether you want to talk through grief or address larger issues. Now is the time to reach out to those around us and provide support to others where we can. We are stronger together.”
