Allure Lingerie Hires April Hoopes as Account Executive

LAS VEGAS — Allure Lingerie has hired industry veteran April Hoopes as its newest account executive.

"Allure has been breaking the lingerie mold for more than 30 years," said CEO George Makar. "You definitely do not get here by accident, but by surrounding your brand with the best people to represent it."

Hoopes enthused about joining Allure.

"I’m so excited for this challenge and grateful for the trust that George and Peline have put in me to represent their beautiful lines," she said. "I believe that Allure has always been a brand that sets the bar for where lingerie should be, and with these new collections we just released at Altitude, this couldn’t have been better timing.

"You generally don’t see much offered in the way of lingerie training, but I honestly think it’s just as important as toy and lube training. Lingerie has the potential to be a fantastic add-on but is so often overlooked because it’s easy to get overwhelmed or think it’s the easy sell," she continued. " I strongly believe that we aren’t just selling one product, we are selling the entire moment."

Added Makar, "We are incredibly excited to have April as part of our team and also having her provide extensive training is something that our vendors are looking forward to."
