STOCKHOLM — LELO has revealed the results of its recent study ranking the 10 countries with the best sex education.
Poland tops the sample list of over 50 countries analyzed.
Of the countries surveyed only 27 have mandatory sex education programs. The study collected data on education levels, STDs, teenage pregnancy, and abortion rates for each of those countries, and produced a composite score.
Following Poland as runner-ups, the list includes Austria, Cyprus, Malta, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Japan, Denmark, and Iceland.
The quality of sex education in Poland, a rep explained, “contributes to having one of the lowest STD rates and second-lowest abortion rates on the list, highlighting the success of comprehensive sex education there.”
