LOS ANGELES — Sex-ed platform Beducated is offering relationship advice in its article “The 7 Sins of a Dead Bedroom.”
"Couples often find their passion dimming amid the hustle of daily life, children and the sheer exhaustion of day-to-day responsibilities," said Beducated co-founder Mariah Freya. "It's easy to get caught in a rut, but by recognizing your ‘sins’ and making changes through education and practice, couples can reignite their desires, explore new pleasures and deepen their bond.
“The seven sins of a dead bedroom include: not voicing desires, needs and boundaries,” Freya added. “Focusing on quality over quantity; experimentation to keep things interesting; focus on the pleasure — not the orgasm; practice mental and physical self-care to boost desire and confidence; being mindful of your partner’s stress level and keep up with sex education.”
