LOS ANGELES — Pineapple Support will host a free online support group to help performers build effective communication skills.
The six-week “Communication” support group, sponsored by SextPanther, will be led by Pineapple Support therapist Bridget Bycina and will begin on Tuesday at 2 p.m. (PDT).
“Being able to communicate effectively is perhaps the most important of all life skills,” said Bycina. “It enables us to pass information to other people and to understand what is said to us. Successful communication helps us better understand people and situations. It helps us overcome diversities, build trust and respect, and create conditions for sharing creative ideas and solving problems.”
Pineapple Support Leya Tanit added, “Communication skills are among the most utilized and sought-after in the workplace and relationships. Great communication skills can make the difference between staying connected and aligned and achieving your goals. The good news is that improving communication skills is easier than you imagine. Join us in this support group, and we’ll cover basic principles worth following to communicate better.”
Sessions will last for around one hour and will take place online each Tuesday at 2 p.m. (PDT), until September 17th.
