Back in college, before she ever shot any adult videos or content, Hailey Rose had a particularly memorable sexual experience. Now, Rose and her real-life partner, fellow award-winning creator Max Fills, have joined forces with a mainstream director to create a retelling of that encounter.
“When I was 19 years old, in my sophomore year, I was often experimenting with new people and experiences in my sex life,” Rose says. “I found a Tinder account that had three guys all in one profile and that piqued my curiosity. I matched with them and quickly figured out that my suspicion was correct. They all wanted to have sex with me at once!”
Since gangbangs had always been a fantasy of hers, she was very excited at the possibility of having three guys all at once.
“After confirming we were all open to the idea, we needed to find a place for the group sex to go down,” she recalls. “None of us had our own bedroom at the time — we were all sharing with roommates — and so I pitched the idea of using one of the science building classrooms after hours. The boys agreed and we scheduled a night for it later that week.
“They picked me up from my dorm building and we headed over to the science campus,” Rose continues. “I showed them to one of the classrooms that stayed open after hours and we got right to it. I started kissing them, got naked and let them use me while I lay on top of one of the desks.
“It was one of the hottest experiences from my personal life and sometimes I still can’t believe it happened to me,” she adds.
While brainstorming ideas for a narrative-driven feature movie, Rose and Fills realized that this made-for-porn scenario, which actually happened, made ideal story fodder. From that idea sprang “All or Nothing.”
“We expanded upon the real-life events to include four full sex scenes, in order to create a well-rounded performer showcase,” Rose notes. “Each of the male talent I cast does a boy-girl scene with me, leading up to the gangbang scene as the finale.”
Unsurprisingly, Fills was the first performer to be cast. When deciding on the other roles, Rose and Fills looked for talent that met three criteria: having a “young college-bro look,” good chemistry with the other male talent and an overall strong ability as a performer. This led to the casting of Johnny Love and Nick Strokes.
“I’m very happy with the cast I put together,” Rose says.
Enter the mainstream director — credited on the project as “Alias Anderson” — who had been shooting videos and editing content behind the scenes for Rose and Fills for nearly two years.
“I come from a background in mainstream filmmaking, across a range of genres,” Anderson says. “It was clear from the outset, when Hailey told me about her idea to adapt the true story of her college gangbang into a feature film, that there was something inherently competitive and dramatic about a dynamic of three young men all seeking the attention of one girl.
“Then ‘Challengers’ hit the scene just a month or so before we started our production,” he continues. “It saw huge critical and financial success at the box office, and similarly follows two competitive tennis players fighting over a girl. With that central dramatic concept as part of the zeitgeist, it felt perfect to try and emulate in our film.”
In scripting the film, Anderson says, his main goal was to bring the tale to life by grounding the narrative in a place where he believes adult filmmaking rarely goes.
“It was about the balance between the ‘porn plot’ and the reality of college dating,” he says. “We wanted something that felt cinematic, but entirely realistic too. That meant minimizing campy or exaggerated dialogue and delivery, and working with the actors to strip scenes back to layers of subtlety that didn’t lean as much into the goofiness inherent in the story, but rather into the realistic reactions their characters would have.”
Rose and Fills harbored equally grand ambitions. Despite being known for the high caliber of their clips, for this project they aimed to create something next-level.
“This is my first time ever producing or starring in a feature-length pornographic film, and it’s also my first time taking on this many guys at once on camera,” Rose says. “Both of these firsts are very special to me and I am incredibly grateful to have the means and vision to make this project happen independently, especially with barely three years of creating content under my belt. I also wanted this to be a different style than most of my self-produced videos.”
Usually, Rose points out, her content highlights exaggerated moments from real-life scenarios and sometimes even veers into the comedy genre — but with this film, she wanted to create a more true-to-life lighthearted drama that features “the excitement and complexities of being a young adult exploring their sexual world.”
Rose and Fills therefore produced the movie with the idea of both creating a feature-worthy experience for their fans and presenting their own creativity and fantasies through the cinematic lens.
“I wanted to give my audience an epic and unique performance for my first gangbang scene,” Rose explains. “This story has been one I’ve wanted to tell on camera since I first started telling dirty stories on my OnlyFans livestreams two years ago. With this project, I was able to show off my dirtiest and naughtiest college memory for everyone to watch. I am so proud of the finished product and excited to show it to my fans after all the hard work we put in.”
With the shoot now completed, Rose feels confident in declaring “All or Nothing” to be, by far, the most fun she has had on a production all year.
“Having a kick-ass crew and performers I consider my friends working on this with me was such an honor and a real highlight of my professional career,” she says. “We shot the whole movie over the course of three days. While they were sometimes stressful and long, I fell in love with the whole experience of being in charge of my own production and seeing it through from start to finish. It’s a very magical thing to have a dream and make it into reality.”
Rose characterizes the quick production process as efficient and smooth, thanks to very detailed schedules and logistical planning. The only unexpected surprise during the filming, she adds, was how much she ended up squirting.
Leading up to the release of the film, which debuted in its entirety in mid-August, Rose offered sneak peeks on X.com and Instagram, as well as special releases of each of the sex scenes separately. She also shared behind-the-scenes photo sets and content on her OnlyFans page.
“Creating ‘All or Nothing’ has been such an exciting and rewarding experience for me,” Rose says. “I will definitely be making more productions like this in the future! I don’t know yet exactly what projects I want to create, but I know this is only the beginning.”
