LOS ANGELES — Pleasure brand Maude has partnered with L’Oréal to sponsor a Louvre Museum exhibit, called “Private Lives: From the Bedroom to Social Media.”
Maude products Vibe and Spot are featured as part of the exhibition which chronicles the history of privacy from the 18th century through the modern era. Curated by director of museums Christine Macel, the vibrators are highlighted among 470 items, including paintings, photos and both decorative and practical furniture and art pieces.
Maude founder Éva Goicochea enthused about the exhibit.
“I’ve always thought Vibe and Spot should be in a museum,” she said. “It’s such an honor to be a part of this historic telling of that part of our lives.”
