Sir Peter remembers his youth in Portugal as a tough time. He contended with a lot of bullying, self-hatred and a growing understanding that life is profoundly challenging. Fortunately, he was able to draw strength from his family — especially his twin brother, who offered much-needed support.
In retrospect, he says, he would not wish for anyone else’s life. Instead, he draws from his hard-earned lessons a sense of responsibility to take care of the people he loves and cares about.
That desire to rise above led him to leave his airline cabin-crew job in Palma de Mallorca and pursue his thirst for big-city adventure. Getting a job was harder than he expected, though — until one day, Tim Kruger invited him to do a scene for his adult site.
Peter initially worried that he was too skinny and balding to be physically attractive, but considering the alternative was returning to Portugal, he decided to give it a whirl. Soon he was working and traveling a lot. In the process, he lost many relatives and friends who did not view his chosen profession in a positive light.
Fortunately, he did not let this stop him. After establishing himself with several hundred scenes, flexing his directing chops and inking a collaborative deal with NakedSword, Sir Peter most recently added to his growing list of achievements the honor of being named XBIZ Europas Gay Performer of the Year. Now, he opens up about his travels and travails in this exclusive glimpse at his life and career thus far.
XBIZ: Looking back on the past four years, what have been a few of the most significant career milestones you’ve achieved?
SIR PETER: Well, my mother raised me to be humble! But seeing the work I’ve done, I feel proud and grateful. One of my favorite accomplishments is that the first time I worked for a foreign studio, thanks to Alter Sin, I won a Grabby Award for it. Another is finishing “Yes, Sir!” with NakedSword and signing my exclusive contract with Falcon. I remember vividly, I cried for 10 minutes. I felt such pride to get to that moment; it is something I never imagined.
XBIZ: Besides studio shoots, what other revenue streams do you pursue and how do you juggle everything?
SIR PETER: My main passion was, is and always will be studio work. Besides that, I have my content on OnlyFans, JustforFans and Raw Fuck Club. I manage all my socials and through them, I get bookings, partnerships and modeling offers. I try my best always to think two steps ahead about which options will be most beneficial in the long run. When the companies I represent believe in my same values, all the better!
I’ve started to produce some scenes as well and want to learn more about directing and bringing new exciting ideas to the fore. And I want to produce live sex shows that capitalize on the great opportunity to create a new standard in the niche. Also, I started my own company, Yes Sir Entertainment, with my business partners. We have available my dildo, my comic book and lubricant, and much more at sirpetershop.com.
XBIZ: How do partnerships impact your approach to social media marketing?
SIR PETER: There are so many potential products and services for models to engage with. Ultimately, I try to see the big picture. If it makes sense doing it — if I relate to the brand and if it’s something that could spark some kind of debate in areas where performers sometimes are neglected — then I go for it. It’s all about balance and using the right socials for a specific goal you have in mind.
XBIZ: Discuss how you take care of health and wellness.
SIR PETER: For me, this is a very important topic. I’ve always been vocal about my anxiety, dyslexia and stuttering, which I have dealt with since I was a kid. It always brought me to a place of loneliness and isolation. Only after I realized that those things aren’t flaws, but rather things that make me who I am, I began developing tools and mechanisms to help me face life head-on.
I also try to bring empowering awareness to the public about our industry and community. Definitely the hardest part about our jobs is finding a way to keep a good balance, mentally, emotionally and physically. Working efficiently, meditating and talking to someone about your feelings are little things that make a big difference, and I’m very grateful for Pineapple Support, which has an incredible team that can help anyone in need of starting on a journey of healing and self-discovery!
XBIZ: What has your teamwork with Falcon/NakedSword been like since you joined forces?
SIR PETER: Honestly, I wasn’t expecting everyone to be so nice and understanding. Tim Valenti, Trenton Ducati, Sister Roma, Ben Rush, Cameron, Frank and all the producers and directors I never thought I would have a chance to work with — they are all really on your side, working to help you be the best you can be and challenge yourself to do new, exciting things. They are cheerleaders in all those ventures!
I could never have imagined that I would one day be part of the history books as an exclusive Falcon model; it makes me proud to be the first Portuguese to have such an honor. I thank them every day for the opportunity and for the patience they have. I have a strong personality and I know what I want, but they are there to help me and not bring me down. I hope they know they are changing my life every day!
XBIZ: What was it like winning the title of Gay Performer of the Year at the XBIZ Europas?
SIR PETER: It was such an emotional moment. I was thinking, “I’ve been nominated before and it’s such a big honor for such an iconic award show, but I will definitely not win!” Then I couldn’t attend the ceremony on account of being sick, so when I found out, I was in the middle of doing a Q&A on Instagram and I cried. I felt like people and my peers recognized my dedication, my effort and my passion for doing what I do. To have my friend Bastian receive it on my behalf was perfect! There are so many people I would thank if I had the chance, though some of them I’ve mentioned in this interview. And by the way, for anyone who still has doubts about who I am deep down: I’m a gay man doing gay porn.
XBIZ: Any ambitions for the coming year? Plans about which you feel enthusiastic?
SIR PETER: To keep working hard and feel blessed that my fans still want me around. I owe them everything and I want to thank every single one of them for the support and love these last four years. To continue working with Falcon and still come to work every day excited about what I do. To keep having the chance to take creative risks, with people who always encourage me even if I don’t succeed — and to find a way to have a bit more time to live my personal life. Also, I can’t wait to be there at the 2025 XBIZ Europa Awards!
