LOS ANGELES — Ivy Maddox made her Tushy debut, starring for Vixen Media Group studio imprint alongside Octokuro and Martin Spell.

Maddox enthused about the opportunity to put her snowboarding skills to use.
"This was a dream come true, to be able to combine my passion for snowboarding with my love of performing in the porn industry," she said.
