'Chastity' Is Clips4Sale's 'Fetish of the Year'

LOS ANGELES — Clips4Sale has named the content genre "Chastity" its Fetish of the Year for 2025.

According to a rep, Chastity was the top search term on their platform in the past year, with sales in the genre rising by 71% over the same period and 193% since 2020.

"'Chastity' has one of the highest growth rates on the platform of any major category," the rep revealed.

Clips4Sale's Avery Martin elaborated on the category.

“On the platform and off, we’re seeing an interest in controlling pleasure, ” he said. “It’s a submissive position that, in many ways, expands naturally from the interest we saw in giantess fetish last year. With so much anxiety around sexuality, it can bring relief to have someone or something, whether a domme or a cage, that denies you the ability to get off. Of course, while it may seem counterintuitive to those outside the community, chastity fetishists are also embracing a notion of pleasure and satisfaction that doesn’t entirely reside in the genitals. 

“We may be in an anti-pleasure timeline, but that doesn’t mean it needs to be joyless or sexless,” Martin added. “What I hope the fetish community can bring to the larger community is a sense of play and a focus on other avenues of gratification. There’s freedom in restraint, denial and humiliation — so long as it's enjoyable, self-aware and consensual.”
