LOS ANGELES — The full schedule for XBIZ Expo, set to take place Jan. 16-19, has been released, detailing the slew of business-to-business activities slated for the premier pleasure product trade show, exclusively open to manufacturers, retail buyers, educators, reviewers, influencers, press, and other industry professionals.

On Thursday, Jan. 16, event registration opens at 5 p.m. in the main foyer of the Loews Hollywood Hotel, as exhibitors ready their booths. Arriving attendees can get an early start by picking up their show badges and settling in before heading to the official Welcome Reception in the main lobby bar that evening.
Friday, Jan. 17, marks the first full day of the trade show, and seminar programming will kick off at 8 a.m. with “Master Buyers: Aligning Merchandise with Consumer Trends” in the Laurel Room. The session will examine how seasoned retail buyers align their merchandise mix with the latest consumer trends, with panelists including Sexy Suz’s Holly Berejikian, Taf’s Kathryn Guy, Sexy Erotic’s Zondre Watson, Kim Patterson of Enchantasys, and moderator SWPA’s Tamara Bell.
Next, at 9 a.m., “Pride in Pleasure: The Latest Innovations for Queer Consumers” will dive into innovations tailored specifically for the queer community, highlighting products designed to enhance inclusivity and celebrate diversity. Buck Angel of Buck Angel Entertainment leads the panel, which also features XR’s Josh Ortiz, Kathryn Byberg of Little Leaf Agency, sex educator Javay Frye-Nekrasova, aka The Millennial Expert, and Sliquid’s Michelle Marcus as the moderator.
Exhibit booths will open at 10 a.m. in the Hollywood Ballroom, and at noon, the “Health Meets Pleasure: Tapping Into Sexual Wellness Trends” session will be held in the Laurel Room. The session will explore the intersection of health and pleasure, highlighting the latest products and services that drive this space and how wellness trends influence product development and consumer preferences. Panelists include Ian Kulp from Blush, Spectrum Boutique’s Zoe Ligon, Passport 2 Pleasure’s Ally Iseman, Dr. Cassandra M. Parks from Let’s Learn Love, Tori Titus-McCrobie of Paradise, sex educator Dr. Jeannelle Perkins, and moderator Scott Watkins from Doc Johnson.
At 1 p.m., Preston’s Restaurant will host “The Business of Kink: Exploring the Latest Trends in BDSM Products,” concluding Friday’s programming. The panelists include Whitney Petty of Stockroom, Cheri Curry of Tantus, Rebecca Weinberg from XR, and Kelly Sofferman from Sportsheets, with Melanie Rose of Melanie Rose Designs and host of Netflix’s “How to Build a Sex Room” moderating. A happy hour sponsored by Pipedream will be hosted from 6-7 p.m. in the main lobby.
Saturday’s lineup kicks off at 8 a.m. with “Distro Dynamics: A Look at the Pleasure Product Supply Chain & Market Dynamics” in the Laurel Room, unpacking the complexities of the pleasure product supply chain and market dynamics. Learn about trends impacting distribution, from manufacturing to retail shelves, and discover strategies leading distributors are using to optimize their supply chains for improved profitability and product availability. Mike Savage from MiamiDistro is among the panelists, along with Chad Jenny from ECN, Chris Armstrong from Holiday Products, Like a Kitten’s Blanca Estrada, and Briana Watkins of B Visionary Consulting, with Blush’s Ian Kulp as the moderator.
The 9 a.m. “Slick Sales: Maximizing Success in the Lubricant Category” panel will cover the variety of lubricants available, their unique benefits, and evolving consumer preferences. Panelists include Sliquid’s Erik Vasquez, System Jo’s Timothy Ferencz, Personal Fav’s Stephanie Elias, Janet Tamborelli of MD Science, Jessica Drake of Wicked Sensual Care, and ECN’s Chad Jenny returns as the moderator for this panel.
After a two-hour break to mix, mingle, and grab a bite, programming resumes at noon with “Next-Level Intimacy: A Look at the Latest Advances in Sextech” in the Laurel Room. The session will explore how technology is merging with human desire to create more engaging and satisfying sexual experiences, featuring panelists Ti Chang from Crave, Ohmibod’s Suki Dunham, The Handy’s JP Wilhelmsen, Autoblow’s Brian Sloan, Niall Hopkinson from Lovense, Guillermo Correa of Camtoyz, Alex F. from Svakom, and Susan Bratton of Personal Life Media as moderator.
At 1 p.m., the “WIA Presents: Women in Pleasure” panel is set to be an empowering session highlighting the contributions and challenges of female business leaders driving change and innovation. Panelists include Viben’s Bonnie Feingold, Phoebe Grott from Nalpac, April Hoopes from Je Joue, Nichole Grossman from CalExotics, Annika M. from Popsi Lingerie, and moderator Sarah Tomchesson from Vibratex.

After the SWPA Meetup, attendees will have a few hours to prepare for the 2025 XBIZ Honors, beginning at 8 p.m. at the historic Roosevelt Hotel, spotlighting the best of the best throughout the global pleasure industry.
Sunday’s programming begins with “International Insights: Key Trends Shaping Global Business” at 8 a.m. in the Laurel Room, featuring panelists Efren Mendez from Love Store Mexicali, Sarah Branson from Adult Source, Raj Armani from ImBesharam, Sam Hadlow from Creative Conceptions, and Honey Play Box’s Vincent Renou as moderator.
This will be followed by “Power & Performance: What Penis Owners Seek in Pleasure Products” at 9 a.m., with panelists Justin Depow from CockBlock Toys, Brent Aldon from Aneros, Paolo Griffo from MaleEdge, Kate Kozlova from Kiiroo, and moderator Carolyn Eagle from Betty’s Toy Box.
At noon, “Retail Giants: What’s Next for Expanding Chains” will feature leaders from adult retail chains discussing expansion and innovation, revealing their growth strategies and efficiency improvements. Panelists include Hustler Hollywood’s Signe Jarvis, Romantix’s Josh Porter, LC Distributors’ Roger Houts, and Jihan Phillips from Adam & Eve Stores, with Conde Aumann from Nu Sensuelle serving as moderator.
Finally, at 1 p.m., there’s “SWPA Presents: Activism for Sexual Wellness Professionals,” examining how sexual wellness professionals can advocate for change, influence policy, and promote inclusivity. Doc Johnson’s Scott Watkins returns to the stage, joined by David Ellison from Dick & Jane’s Naughty Spot and XBIZ’s Sara Ramirez, with Spectrum Boutique’s Zoe Ligon moderating.
