LOS ANGELES — ForPlay Films founder Inka Winter directs “Olivia,” the latest release from Dorcel.
The title features Jet Setting Jasmine, Ana Foxxx, Nicole Kitt, Sean Michaels, Tony Genius, King Noire, and Andre Stone.
The story “follows the journey of a best-selling romance author struggling with shifting hormones, creative block, and self-doubt,” the synopsis reveals. “As Olivia (Jasmine) navigates the physical and emotional changes of perimenopause, she embarks on a path of rediscovery of her body, her sexuality, and the deep connections that reignite her sense of self. Through meaningful encounters and mindful exploration, she learns that vulnerability can be a source of strength and pleasure.”
Winter enthused about the title.
“‘Olivia’ embodies what I mean when I say I make feminist films,” she said. “Women are made to feel like they have to hide the parts of themselves that change with age. This is a story about embracing that change, and I believe it can expand the way we think about sex, aging, and desire.”
"Olivia" is streaming on DorcelVision.
