Blending Old Hollywood elegance with modern-day fire, Lilly Bell is a siren with silver-screen beauty and an insatiable thirst for pleasure. While her porcelain features and sultry allure may evoke the starlets of a bygone era, onscreen she’s anything but demure, captivating audiences with her magnetic presence and authenticity that sizzles in every performance.
Now, having topped her 2024 XMA wins for Best Feature Movie Sex Scene and Best Career-First Performance with the title of 2025 XMAs Girl/Girl Performer of the Year, she has further cemented her status as one of the industry’s most sought-after stars. For Bell, however, the journey has been about much more than just building a career.
Finding the Right Fit
From early influences like Sasha Grey’s fearless presence on mainstream TV to the formative Tumblr era that shaped an entire generation’s view of sexuality, Bell always knew she was drawn to the adult industry.
“I love sex,” she says candidly. “And I really get to explore myself sexually through this job. That has been quite a fun and interesting journey.”
While she’s proud of all her work, a few particular moments hold a special place in her heart.
“I would say my standout projects include my gangbang debut for Blacked and my anal debut, which I did for Brazzers this year,” she reflects. “Regarding acting, I would say my role in Dorcel’s ‘Trouble’ was a high point. Also, I’m pretty proud of the films I’ve done for Lust Cinema.”
In all those performances, Bell’s ability to create real, electric chemistry has set her apart.
“I love to have real orgasms in my scenes,” she reveals. “Having my chest get all red, having that climax and then having the cool-down… just to rev back up again.”
That approach makes her performances not just visually stunning but deeply immersive. She credits this to a philosophy that has allowed her to create unforgettable moments, whether in the heat of a passionate girl/girl scene or bringing layered performances to her feature film roles.
“Humans are like puzzle pieces,” she says. “Sometimes they fit and sometimes they don’t. Being a good performer means always being able to find that right puzzle piece, somehow, throughout the scene.”
Connections, Collaborations and XMA Glory
Bell’s ability to connect doesn’t stop when the camera stops rolling. She has built a fiercely loyal fan base, a group that’s been with her every step of the way. She doesn’t see them as faceless followers but as real people.
“They see that my authenticity shines through, and I’ve loved meeting the committed fans who attend conventions,” she says. “That has been the best way for me to make some long-lasting friendships. I genuinely consider some of my fans to be friends. I’m so grateful to be able to say that.”
Bell’s dedication to her craft has also fostered admiration for many of the people she works with, finding inspiration in their talent and creativity.
“I really enjoy working with Casey Calvert; she is someone I look up to very much,” she shares. “I love working for Jackie St. James — it is such a fantastic day whenever I’m on set with that woman. Mike Quasar is also someone I always have a good time on set with.”
Bell says that she thrives in environments where the energy is high and the humor is sharp.
“I love working for certain crews that have good humor and morale,” she says. “There are too many to name them all, but the Badoink crew or any Adult Time crew certainly fits that category.”
Working with such talented and esteemed colleagues has helped Bell gain recognition for her talent, hard work and ability to command any scene she’s in — culminating with being crowned Girl/Girl Performer of the Year at the 2025 XMAs. The excitement of that defining moment, she says, was so overwhelming that she barely knew what was happening.
“I really wish I had written a speech down,” she admits. “I have this weird thing in my head: If I write it down, I’m jinxing myself. So I try to go off my heart. But when I got up there, I just got so nervous that I blacked out. I don’t even know what I was saying! But to think of all the beautiful women who earned this award before me, and now be on that list of names, is such an honor.”
The Woman Behind the Star
Outside of work, Bell’s life is refreshingly down-to-earth.
“Everything is about my dog!” she declares. “But I also love hanging out with my friends, going to concerts and dancing. I love going to Pilates. I love getting massages. One of my favorite things to study and learn about is sharks — if you’re a true fan, you already know that. I love going to new restaurants and eating a ton. I also love to take long naps, and I’m not ashamed of that!”
Despite her success, she remains humble and grounded.
“I’m just such a regular girl,” she says. “It’s funny because there are times when I meet fans who put me on this pedestal. I like to remind people that I’m just a normal person.”
With more projects, collaborations and creative opportunities on the horizon, the future looks blindingly bright for Bell. She’s setting her sights on new milestones.
“I still have so many goals to complete in this industry,” she reflects. “In the next year, I would love to continue my anal journey. I would love to do a showcase in the near future. There are many things I can do with that. I still haven’t done a blowbang. One of my favorite things about this job is having a project or a feature to look forward to. It keeps me motivated and excited.
“If you think I’ve been having a good year, just wait!” she promises. “I can’t wait for everyone to see the full-fledged porn star that I’ve always wanted to become.”
