AMSTERDAM — Veteran cam model Christina Castalia, who has won two XMA Awards for BBW Cam Model of the Year, is touring the international film festival circuit with a new short film titled "Pleasure Engineer."
After being invited to submit a film to the Athens Porn Film Festival, Castalia decided to write, direct, and produce "Pleasure Engineer," which shows the different aspects of being a cam model, including the intimacy she shares with her client.
The short film premiered in Greece in May, and the following week, it screened at a movie theater in Amsterdam. It has since been selected for the Blush Porn Film Festival in San Francisco, where it will screen online from Aug. 17-31 before screening at Germany's Berlin Porn Film Festival in October.
Castalia is currently nominated for Female Streamer of the Year at the XBIZ Europa Awards, which take place on Sept. 4. Voting is now open, and a complete list of nominees can be found here.
