LOS ANGELES — Motorbunny has announced a return to U.S.-based, small-batch manufacturing.
According to a rep, the manufacturing shift involves stateside small-batch builds for key components and final steps to allow for faster turnaround, tighter quality control, and pre-tariff pricing on machines — with Motorbunny absorbing tariffs on select parts and accessories.
“Tariffs and rising costs haven’t gone away; we’re still absorbing that pain,” said Motorbunny founder Caleb Thompson. “But Motorbunny was built on accessibility and value, and that’s not negotiable for us. We’ve worked hard to streamline operations and become more efficient, so we can return to pre-tariff pricing and pass those savings directly to our customers.”
