Moonlighting Cop ID’d as Porn Star Reina Leone

SAN FRANCISCO – The story about the San Francisco cops who were caught moonlighting in porn got steamier Wednesday.

The City by the Bay was held hostage by the news Tuesday that two officers – a male cop from the Police Department and a female from the Sheriff’s Department – had performed in an online adult video called “Bus Stop Whores.”

But as the news unfolds, it turns out that the female Sheriff’s Department deputy is none other than porn star Reina Leone, who has countless credits in the adult industry and owns her own website, ReinaLeone.com.

Twenty-nine-year-old Leone, whose real name is Kelly Francisco, had performed with Officer Darryl Watts, 27, in the hardcore video distributed by affiliate program Traffic Cash Gold.

“Bus Stop Whores” features the pair doing the pick-me-up-and-score standard on the streets of East Los Angeles. Both Watts and Leone are dressed in civilian clothing, and end up with their clothes mainly off in the 45-minute video.

In one scene Leone, who goes by the name Mira in the video, solicits a sex act for $500.

Both Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Eileen Hirst and the Police Department’s Maria Oropeza told XBiz that the agencies have specific policies on disclosing second jobs, which are allowed in most cases.

Both agencies said that investigations are underway to determine if there are any violations of rules and procedures.

While the revelations are an embarrassment for the city’s law enforcement agencies, the cops will likely hold on to their badges.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in January overturned the firing of a San Diego cop who was canned in 2001 for producing and selling explicit videotapes of himself masturbating. John Roe sold his tapes on EBay.

In court, Roe said his off-duty, non-work-related activities were protected by the First Amendment and could not be grounds for terminating his employment. The court in the case Roe vs. City of San Diego, No. 02-55164, ruled for Roe.
