XonDemand Adds Custom Theaters, Hosted Galleries

WARMINSTER, Pa. — XonDemand announced Thursday that it is offering custom theaters and 500 hosted galleries to its webmaster program, which will enable affiliates to add pay-per-view adult movies to their sites.

XonDemand’s Affiliate Program Manager Mindy Feldman told XBiz, “Webmasters can use our model, but can personalize their sites with their own banners, colors, etc. There’s basically a link or a banner to a replica of our site. They can customize their theaters for the type of look and traffic they desire,” Feldman said.

The affiliate program manager described XonDemand’s hosted galleries as “three 30 second movie clips. Clips help promote the movies by revealing to users the type of genre it is plus the quality of the movie and its streaming. It’s our version of free porn."

She added that XonDemand plans to add hosted galleries for every movie.

“XonDemand has six different channels and is essentially a multiplex," Feldman said. "We have gay, fetish, softcore, reality, and more. Affiliates can select the particular genre they want for their type of traffic."

Webmasters can choose the adult movies they prefer from XonDemand’s library of 8,500 titles, she added. The movies are by studios such as Adam & Eve, DVSX, Jill Kelly Productions, Legend, Metro Interactive, Platinum X Pictures and Red Light District Video.

XonDemand provides a pay-per-minute service. It hosts and drives the video streaming content to the custom theaters, at no cost to webmasters. Affiliates earn 24 percent of revenue earned.

The Pennsylvania firm, which is located near Philadelphia, is unveiling its custom theater and hosted galleries options at the InterNext Expo, which takes place from Aug.13-15 in Hollywood, Florida. XonDemand’s booth number at the trade show is 1206.
