Epoch Announces Cover Girl Contest

Epoch is looking for the prettiest, sexiest, hottest girls they can find for a shot at coming to L.A., being the center piece of a professional photo shoot, and gracing the back cover of AVN Online for the January InterNext issue.

Miss October, November and December are coming soon, but who will be Miss January? You get to decide...

The Epoch Girl Poll ("Poll") will run from August 15, 2004, through September 30, 2004. All submissions must be received by midnight Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on September 30, 2004.

To participate in the Poll, candidates must submit the application form available at www.epochgirls.com with the full name, contact information, and attached photographs (head shot and body shot fully clothed).

All candidate submissions will be posted online at www.epochgirls.com for voters to view and vote by October 4, 2004. All votes must be submitted by midnight PST on October 4, 2004. Each voter may submit a maximum of ten (10) votes.

Votes should be based on physical beauty, quality of the photographs, diversity and creativity of the submitted photographs.

The candidate that receives the greatest number of votes will be the Epoch Girl of the Poll. The Epoch Girl will be announced at www.epochgirls.com by October 17, 2004. In a case of a tie, the candidates that have received the greatest but equal number of votes will be the Epoch Girls of the Poll.

The Epoch Girl(s) will receive an all-expense paid photo shoot in Los Angeles, California, and the right to appear on the back cover of January 2005 issue of AVN Online. The all-expense paid photo shoot will include a shoot with a professional photographer, transportation, food and accommodations in Los Angeles, California, all at the sole and absolute discretion of Epoch. The Epoch Girl(s) will also receive a check in the amount of $1,000 as spending money. The estimated total value of the all-expense paid photo shoot is in the amount of $4,500. The Epoch Girl(s) must be available for the all-expense paid photo shoot and travel to Los Angeles, California, between November 1, 2004, and November 5, 2004.

The Epoch Girl(s) eligible for the reward will be notified by telephone, and will be required to complete, sign, and have notarized an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and an Artist Release, which must be returned via mail or facsimile within seven (7) days after the reward notification or the reward may be forfeited and given to the next candidate with the greatest number of votes. Upon receipt of all such required signed documentation, the eligible Epoch Girl(s) will then be contacted by a representative of Epoch who will assist her/them in coordinating all travel arrangements.

All candidates must be at least 18 years old.
