AskJolene Offers Pay-Per-Click Advertising

EINDHOVEN, The Netherlands – Adult search engine AskJolene.com has launched a new pay-per-click (PPC) program which allows advertisers to buy guaranteed placement among the top spots in its search engine results – and only pay for the clicks actually generated to their sites.

AskJolene's new PPC program is fully web-based and automated. Advertisers get access to an online interface from which they can control their ad campaigns, while a rich set of statistics provides real time feedback about the performance of their campaigns, allowing advertisers to tweak their offerings in real time. These statistics include anonymized query logs, something reportedly unprecedented in the adult industry.

According to AskJolene.com CEO Toine Verheul, "In combination with a flexible pricing structure, the program provides a one stop solution for the whole range of advertisers: from mainstream topics to niche subjects, and from mass marketers to the lone webmaster."

Prices start at 1 Euro for 1,000 clicks, allowing for cost effective exposure; but customers shouldn't expect an 'anything goes' policy in exchange for their advertising dollars, as sponsored results are subject to the same constraints as the regular results – a move taken by AskJolene to ensure continued relevance in its search results.

"With our Pay Per Click program we meet our advertisers' demand for a tighter integration of their message and our search results, without compromising the high standards we set ourselves for this search engine," said Verheul.

AskJolene.com currently delivers over 2.5 million searches each day to users worldwide, and as previously reported by XBiz was recently hit with a cease-and-desist demand by German auto maker BMW which claimed the search engine infringed upon its trademark by using web links that contained references to "BMW."
