‘Link: The Evolution’ Extended Version Available Wednesday

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The extended director’s cut of Chi Chi La Rue’s “Link: The Evolution” will be available at the Channel 1 Releasing website on Wednesday. The much-anticipated release is the first “Link” title in six years.

The three-disc set is not available in stores until Sept. 11. Visitors to the website can purchase the three-disc set in advance of the street date or view the film’s trailer.

Featuring a cast of 32 models, it is one of La Rue’s most ambitious projects yet, for the “Link” series. Touted by La Rue as the “filthiest” yet in the series, the movie features “several, depraved, pig sex scenes ranging from a very bad dog boy and filthy businessmen to a beer-soaked three-way and an interrogation scene — with a twist.”

All Worlds’ exclusive Tommy Blade stars opposite Rascal exclusive Johnny Hazard, as well as Tyler Riggz, Cole Ryder, Eddie Diaz and Blake Riley.

Newbie performers Robert Thorn and Nick Moretti join the cast, alongside Bobby Williams, who returns from a yearlong hiatus. Kevin Miles makes a return appearance after performing in La Rue’s “The Final Link.”

Other performers include Steve Cruz, Tyler Saint, Ken Browning, Steve Carlisle, Brendan Davies, Derrick Hanson, Chad Hunt, Ken Mack, Matt Majors, Nick Marino, Bo Matthews, Blake Nolan, Cole Ryan, Lex Sabre, Scott Spears, Joe Strong, Scott Tanner, Manuel Torres, Tim Towers, Dean Tucker, Josh Weston and Park Wiley.

A “Link: The Evolution” 2008 calendar will be available in stores on Sept. 26, and a book of photo sets from the movie which will be released on Oct. 30.
