3 Vision Entertainment Producing 'Dr. Susan Block Show'

LOS ANGELES — "The Dr. Susan Block Show," the Internet TV show hosted by sex therapist Dr. Susan Block, is getting a professional makeover by production company 3 Vision Entertainment.

3 Vision has come in to improve production values, improving the sound and lighting and switch-feeding between three cameras. For years, Dr. Block has produced her radio and TV shows live for webcast with an all-volunteer crew at her "Dr. Suzy’s Speakeasy" studio. The show and Dr. Block have been seen on HBO’s late-night "Real Sex" program.

“We offered to revamp the show in lighting and production values,” 3 Vision Entertainment CEO Allan Smith told XBIZ. "It was a match made in heaven. She's a very articulate lady.”

The crew plans to "capture the erotic excitement of The Dr. Susan Block Show," including a look at the pre-show socializing, sex talk with guests and callers, hands-on interviews on the “Show Bed,” and the uninhibited afterparty.

3 Vision has completed three 30-minute shows of a planned 13-episode first season, including archive footage featuring Tera Patrick, Dita Von Teese, Seymore Butts and a live interview with '50s fetish model Bettie Page. New episodes have featured Jessica Jaymes, Rachel Roxx, clown porn performers Daisy Lane and Dick Chibbles, and several new performers.

The planned outlet for the show is cable and pay-per-view. Scott Webb, who also produced "Beverly Hills MILF Sluts," directs the series. Future plans call for a new line of sex-help videos starring Dr. Block. For more information, visit the 3 Vision Entertainment website.
