Spartacus Launches Bondage Comfort Line

PORTLAND, Ore. — Fetish specialty manufacturer Spartacus Enterprises has launched its Comfort Line of bondage gear made with soft nylon webbing for comfort and affordability.

Spartacus Sales and Marketing Manager Sean Christensen said that the Comfort Spreader Bar, made with a solid wood bar and nylon restraints, is the first product released in the line and compatible with the company's existing ankle and wrist restraints.

"We see this as the most effective bondage spreader available to the budget market," Christensen said. "Nylon webbing is affordable but durable, and plastic hardware adds to the Comfort Spreader Bar's low price point. But this spreader will not warp or snap, and it will be very effective in the bedroom."

Spartacus Sales and Marketing Coordinator Alice Beckett told XBIZ that the company also designed a set of Comfort wrist restraints and tie-downs made with the same nylon webbing as the spreader bar, keeping the line lightweight and affordable.

"The most important aspect of comfort in the Comfort Line has to do with boundaries," Beckett said. "While many of our customers will always get more pleasure out of the soft, sensual texture of leather, the Comfort Line is perfect for those who are comfortable breaking the boundary of bondage play, but are still somewhat inhibited when it comes to leather gear."

Beckett said the other items within the Comfort line will be released in a few weeks.
