The contract is reportedly one of the most lucrative offers Metro has ever given a female director.
"This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to bring adult entertainment to new depths," said Kerkove. "I look forward to expanding into uncharted, erotic realms."
"Bridgette is one of the best performers in the business and has a gigantic following," said Gustavo Chavarria, Metro's production manager. "She is world-renowned, consummate professional. We are proud to be part of the next chapter in her career."
Bridgette's six-year relationship with Metro has earned her more than 50 nominations and over 14 adult awards worldwide; including AVN's Best New Starlet, AVN's Best Actress, FOXE Awards Fan Favorite and the Best American Actress in Berlin’s Venus Fair.
"I have been directing and acting for Metro for the last two years, and it was time to take our relationship to the next level," said Kerkove.
Taking things to the next level is exactly what Metro is doing. Part of Bridgette's offer is to be the premiere director of a new Metro hi-def label coming out in September 2005.
Bridgette's next film for Metro is the next episode of the AVN award-winning series, "Babes Illustrated #15."
