TopBucks Rolls Out $100 PPS Oktoberfest

CYBERSPACE — TopBucks is tapping the money barrel to bring webmasters a chance at even better payouts, a representative said. For the month of October TopBucks will be paying out $100 pay-per-share on all German-speaking traffic.
