SafeCharge Expands Currency Processing Capabilities

SOFIA, Bulgaria — Online payment platform Safecharge has expanded its currency portfolio.

While integrated with one system, Safecharge merchants receive the full, cost-effective benefits of processing the currencies that are most convenient to their customers, the company said.

Safecharge currencies include: U.S. dollar, euro, Great Britain pound, Japanese yen, Hong Kong dollar, South African rand, Swedish krona, Swiss franc, Norwegian krone, Australian dollar and Canadian dollar.

Along with this extensive array, if a client requests a specific currency that is not included in the list, Safecharge will make special arrangements to enable it specifically for that client.

"We want our clients to be equipped and ready for any potential sale that may come their way," Director of Marketing Sharon Gal Franko said. "Under no circumstance is it acceptable for a merchant of ours to not have the necessary tools needed for a prospective sale to execute. Flexible currency capabilities keep our merchants competitive globally, and are a must for PSPs that claim to be customized to merchant needs."

Merchant payouts also are included in the advantages of the multicurrency capabilities.
