Adult DVD Empire Announces Co-Branded Sales Portals

WARRENDALE, Penna. – Retailer Adult DVD Empire has beta-launched a virtual store that will allow affiliate companies a co-branded sales window for their products.

Webmasters hosting Adult DVD Empire’s virtual store on their site will receive 20 percent commissions on purchases from that portal as well as equal lifetime commissions on purchases made at AdultDVDEmpire.com by customers who initially created an account with the original webmasters.

“We’re trying a different approach to the virtual store concept,” ADVDE’s director of adult operations Mike Barry said. “We set up our program so that the virtual stores and Adult DVD Empire are completely seamless.”

Barry believes that ease of use and familiarity are conducive to purchases. “We feel that browsers convert into buyers when they feel comfortable,” he said. “Our site is designed with the support and information that gives shoppers that much (more) confidence to pull out their credit card and make a purchase.”

The Virtual Store program provides customized storefront templates specific to niches like all-girl or interracial.

In addition to its webmaster portal program, the eight-year-old Adult DVD Empire maintains a catalog of 75,000 titles.
