Rich said the two plan to name the bar The General Store and open a retail shop in the front to sell Rich's designs for clothing label Heatherette and other items hand-picked by Jameson.
Rich also said that he and Jameson chose a location in Chinatown that used to be a brothel — or "whorehouse," as Rich refers to it — but would not reveal its location.
The General Store is planned to be open and running next year.
